These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Keslin Hotels & Apartments, Lungomare, Vlorë, Albania, and to the use of our website https://keslin.al.

By making a booking or staying with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the booking.
2. Bookings
You can book directly on our website, by phone or by email. Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia are also subject to the terms of those platforms. If their terms differ from ours, the conditions shown on the platform at the time of booking apply.
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking platform. Please check that all details, including dates, number of guests and room, are correct and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked room or apartment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are those shown or confirmed at the time of booking and depend on the room, dates and number of guests. Any local accommodation or tourist tax required by Albanian law is charged in addition, where applicable.
Payment is made on arrival, by cash or card. For bookings made through an online platform, payment follows the terms of that platform.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
For bookings made directly with us:
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before check-in.
- If you cancel more than 48 hours after booking but at least 24 hours before check-in, any service fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, or do not arrive (a “no-show”), we may charge the amount stated in your booking confirmation.
For bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia, the cancellation policy shown on that platform applies. Please cancel or change your booking through the platform.
If we are unable to provide your booked room for reasons within our control, we will offer you equivalent or better accommodation, or a full refund of any amount paid.

Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid identity card or passport, as required by Albanian law for guest registration. We may refuse check-in if a valid document is not provided.
6. House rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and apartments.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Please respect other guests and neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 08:00.
- Visitors who are not registered guests may not stay overnight.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the room, apartment or equipment, and may be charged for repair or replacement.
- Pets are allowed only with our prior approval.
- We may ask guests who seriously breach these rules, endanger others or behave unlawfully to leave, without a refund for the remaining nights.
7. Children
Children are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please include all children in your booking so that the room capacity is respected.
8. Facilities
Free Wi-Fi and free secure parking are available for guests, subject to availability. Parking is at your own risk, except where damage is caused by our negligence. Some apartments have a kitchen; please leave it clean at check-out.
9. Valuables and liability
Please keep money, documents and valuables safe. Our liability for lost or damaged belongings is limited to what is required by Albanian law, except where the loss is caused by our fault.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or water outages from public networks, or decisions of public authorities.
10. Use of the website
All content on this website, including texts, photos, the Keslin name and logo, belongs to Keslin or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Photos and descriptions are for illustration; small differences between rooms of the same type may occur.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
12. Complaints and applicable law
If you are not satisfied with any part of your stay, please tell us straight away so we can try to fix it during your stay. You can also contact us afterwards at info@keslin.al. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the consumer protection authorities in Albania.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Vlorë, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you made it.
